Footwear

Standard Shoes & Sneakers: 5-7 business days

Custom Sneakers: 5-7 business days, potentially extending to 10-20 business days for complex customizations

Custom sneakers require additional time for personalization and quality control to meet our high standards.

Note: Timeframes are estimates and begin from order placement. Custom sneakers may extend beyond these windows due to their personalized nature.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International orders may experience:

Delivery & Signature

Most orders are delivered without requiring a signature. However, high-value orders or certain destinations may require signature confirmation for security.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or that you have a secure delivery location.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Look in safe delivery locations (porch, garage, mailbox)
  3. Verify the delivery address on your order
  4. Contact the shipping carrier
  5. Contact us if the package cannot be located

Damaged in Transit
