How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your order completes production and ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Direct link to carrier tracking
  • Order summary

Step 2: Track Your Shipment

Use your tracking number with the shipping carrier to see real-time updates. You can track through:

  • The carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Most carriers also offer mobile apps for convenient tracking

Understanding Your Tracking Timeline

Production Phase (Before Tracking Available)

Your order is being carefully crafted during this time:

  • Apparel items: 1-3 business days
  • Shoes & standard sneakers: 5-7 business days
  • Custom sneakers: 5-7 days, potentially 10-20 days for complex designs

You won’t receive tracking information during production, but rest assured we’re working on your order.

Shipping Phase (Tracking Active)

Once production is complete:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 days total from order placement
  • Express Shipping: 7-9 days total from order placement

Tracking Issues?

No Tracking Number Received?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify the email address on your order
  • Allow full production time before expecting tracking
  • Contact us if it’s been longer than expected

Tracking Not Updating?

  • Packages may not scan at every checkpoint
  • Weather or high volume can cause delays
  • Wait 24-48 hours between checks for updates
  • Contact the carrier directly for detailed information

Delivery Concerns?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Look around your delivery area (porch, garage, mailbox)
  • Contact the carrier to verify delivery location
  • Reach out to us if the package can’t be located

International Orders

International shipments may experience:

  • Longer transit times
  • Customs processing delays
  • Additional tracking steps
  • Local carrier handoffs

Tracking updates may be less frequent for international orders, but your package is on its way.
